Doesn't matter, Mexico is paying for it.

Besides, it will make billions in tourism.

Well Trump just vehemently denied it in a press conference with the President of Finland. So at least he's self aware enough to realize how horrible his suggestions sound to summarily deny it.

Also, it must be a ****ing clown show if you are a president of a foreign country sitting in the Whitehouse during a press conference and just hearing the world's most powerful leader going on unhinged rants about moats and fake news. Man I wish I could hear the thoughts of the President of Finland. He probably was like "Damn I just want to discuss a trade deal".

    It is like Rome.

You have someone that clearly isn't the "best and brightest" running the most powerful nation in 1,000 years and no matter what he says or does, the apparatus just keeps chugging along. It is both a compliment to the USA and an insult at the same time.

I keep thinking of a system with a time constant. He will have an effect -- they all do -- and his will be dramatic, but when will we really see all of his impacts manifest in the system?

That is the question, it is like childhood trauma. When and how and does it have an impact? Is it a short or long term impact? If Trump loses in 2020, will anything he has done have an impact on the USA in 20 years? I really do not know.... I know we shouldn't test the system, but we have and are.

I look at GW Bush and Obama..... they expanded the power of the Presidency. Would Trump have ever been able to do what he has done, had that not occurred?

Probably not, but Congress could and should fix this.

Guys, this is just want Trump wants. He has a staffer leak a story about wanting silly stuff at the border, and we all clap like seals at the new goofy story of the day. Whether or not he said he wants alligators and snakes at the border doesn't matter, especially since nothing came of it.

    It's a moot point.

I just tweeted at the President asking him to look into saving malls across America.

I pointed out that it is a socialist talking point to close them and that the hipsters are destroying an American institution.

I will let you know if he responds. I think there is like a 10-15% chance he embraces it.........

Pretty sure the phrase is "moo point". Ya know, like a cow's opinion; it doesn't matter it's moo.

So you genuinely believe a 100+ year old newspaper is going to make up 12 fake sources?
