    I am not sure if you are being serious or not, but I will take you seriously. We have great medical care here in Colombia, even without insurance that will cost you a fraction of what you would pay in the USA. My fiancé has a cousin who is a dentist, so I can get you in contact with him, if you want. It will seriously be a fraction of 40K, and the same quality. let me know. It is worth the travel expenses, and you will still save thousands of dollars.
