Nope that doesn't count as a move. Only when you add a player from the FA pool. So just make sure your players who have games on respective dates aren't on your bench.
By the way, the moves that have been made during preseason will not count. I will reset all the team's moves to 0 once the regular season starts. That being said, anyone trading?
