I'd play everyone in this game. Other than maybe Ryno if his ankle is still sore. It's a good test for the Rockets heading into the postseason and beating the Thunder in this one could help knock them down to 7th. I'm pretty sure they'll still finish ahead of Minnesota and/or Denver, so I don't think winning this game would put us at risk of having them finish in 8th.

OKC can fall to 8th seed with a loss against us, combined with Minny and NOLA winning.

Minny and NOLA holds tiebreakers over OKC, and NOLA is playing Phoenix.

I still think the Pelicans finish behind the Thunder. New Orleans has games remaining at the Warriors, at the Clippers, and at home against the Spurs.

Both Minny and NOLA hold tiebreakera over OKC

GSW is shutting down...so they aren't the big threat as normal. LAC might be eliminated by then and tanking.

The Warriors seem to be trying to win games though in order to regain their groove heading into the playoffs. We'll see if the Clippers care enough to try to win that game. Also, the T'Wolves play at the Lakers tonight. They're on a B2B and as we saw against the Spurs the other night, LA is still putting in maximum effort to win games.

If Minnesota loses at the Lakers tonight, they're probably finishing behind OKC.

Hmm...Warriors just lost by 20 points, and Kerr said the players didn't care.

Plus, there is a possibility GSW might purposefully lose to NOLA, depending upon how it plays out to knock OKC off the #7 seed. And if DEN beats LAC (next game), then LAC will be eliminated from playoffs...so nothing to play for.

There is a very good scenario where NOLA only has to win 2 games out of 4 ... PHX is one of them.

Plus, Warriors seem like they want to just play back into form in the 1st round. As cocky as they are, they'll want rest now, and I doubt they fear 1st round to worry about groove now (hence, the 20pt loss last game). And strategically, losing a game in first round from rust actually helps Curry's rest.

I expect the Rockets to be fired up for this one. Expect it to be a "playoff dress rehearsal." Last home game, on ABC national TV primetime.
Get this win. Then do selective resting for the last two road games vs LAL/SAC.

EG is questionable. Personally, I hope he plays and they can rest him for LAL/SAC.

    Harden loves him some CP3!

I don’t want to play twolves or okc in the first round. I want the easiest possible matchup in the first round.

    Preferably, pelicans or the jazz.
