Exaggerate much?

Nene, House and Shump were all part of playoff rotation. House fell out because he sucked vs. GSW. Nene's minutes limited because he was old. That is 8 man rotation.

Season before last, Houston was hurt by injuries otherwise Luc & Nene would have contributed more and Rockets would not have to rely on Ryno.

Playing 7 out of 11 games means u werent part of the rotation.

So house was more than good and coachable enough to avg 25 minutes and contribute to winning during the reg season and good and coachable enough toavg 20 mins and contribute to winning during the first round right? So vs gsw he suddenly wasnt good or coachable at all??

 

Ever hear of matchups? Plus he went cold or lost his nerve, something was wrong.

Ryno played bulk of 2017-2018 but was also unplayable vs. GSW in postseason.

Wasnt so hard to get 10 guys right? There's a reason Faried didnt want to come back.

MDA is one of the best regular season coaches ever but one of the worst playoff coaches ever. The number of times his playoff teams choke is...well pretty much all the time. He is horrible at maximizing personnel and horrible at making adjustments. When Kerr had 4 all stars and the best pg in the league he got a 2 peat and finals appearances. When MDA had 4 all stars and the best pg in the league they flamed out in the WCF.

to all mda critics out there, i kinda tend to agree BUT, harden stated and emphasized that he wouldnt want any other coach other than dantoni to coach him...so thats that

 

- Thabo looked good, very solid and reliable, he'll be in the rotation for sure.
- Clemons could find his way to some minutes if we need more spacing and Rivers and Green are not delivering.
- Running game with Westbrook looked solid
- Ryno still in his head
- I wonder who's "lazier" on defense: Westbrook or Harden. Both have terrible awareness and lose track of their guy.

 

I'm gonna lose my mind watching Westbrook this season. The shot selection will truly end me.

 

I dare to say - those are interesting stats.

Nobody gives a darn about his scoring!

 

SO MUCH THIS! Rockets are desperate to get some LENGTH and ATHLETICISM in the front court. Too bad they couldn't have gotten Jerami Grant, or Christian Wood, Rasheen Holmes or Bruno or anyone of that ilk.

Really hope Morey can find a way to add here.

well you said mda was forced to shorten his rotation against gsw in the playoffs vs the regular season right? why?
