    Sorry, I actually watched the game. And namely his ball holding and contested shot-jacking when the lane was wide open all night.

    how'd he get 13 assists if he was ball holding?

    why drive you can score 9/16 overall and 6/10 from the three? and you call that contested shot-jacking?

    has Melo ever had that kind production?

    There were 3 rotation players still on the court. It's inexcusable to get crushed like that. At least on defense.

    Side note: Tarik black went 0-2 in 12 minutes tonight, with 5 fouls(!), and 1 rebound. -17 plus-minus.

    One of the worst NBA games ever played.

    we got the W harden,cp3,ego,cp3, cap played 30-33 mins, the rest sub 25 mins, the starters were all playing uber efficient +12 to +30 (paul had an off shooting night) and MDAs went 10 deep can't get a better win than that

    Inexcusable? If fan's biggest complaint this season is that the Rockets get beaten badly in garbage time, then the Rockets will win the championship.

    Melo has had plenty of games, much more productive than that. That's beside the point. Harden played fundamentally unsound basketball.

    He's so good he was completely dominant with it. But it is mind-numbing to not drive and being undisciplined, if not outright stupid as to not get the easy shots at the rim. Dallas couldn't even help because of all the shooters.

    Holding the rock for 16 seconds and then starting a limited dribble due to time left, and stepping back over out-stretched arms will crush no one in the playoffs. SA, OKC, GS, all have defenses and players far too good for that.

    Carmelo Anthony never had an efficient playoff run in his life playing that style. Take that very literally.

    Can you actually excuse it then?

    "Oh, the game is over we didn't feel like playing anymore so we just quit and barely went through the motions". Is that the excuse you want to hear? Or is getting torched by literal d-league scrubs, while giving effort, something to also be proud of?
