It's Caanan time - we'll be seeing less and less of Lin for sure now - Caanan looks pretty good in his short time out there.
Time to move Lin to starters. he coesn,t need the ball in his hands and will not take shots away from Harden. He's a better fit.
Caanan just turned the ball over! What a scrub! Should waive him! Keep him on the bench! He Sucks! But back to reality… BACK TO BACK WINS!!! WOOOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
Foreshadowing? Yeah that was a nice dish to TJ Time to give the "Vipers" some court time. How much worse could they actually be?
CP.."We are peaking at the right time.." Indeed you are, indeed you are. Tough, gutsy, gritty win…I love it. The team showed me something tonight. They were obviously tired, out of sorts, threw the ball all over the court, but in the end they pulled it together and closed the deal. Very important win.
If Canaan played better than Lin, then probably they should. However that doesn't seem to be the case. Giving Lin's minutes to Canaan is indifferent for the Rockets. From time to time, bench players of any teams can play extremely well and help their teams win. However this is not often the case. I still believe Lin can be a very good player if he is being played right. Under Mchale I don't see it happening at all. If we look closer, Lin will have no future or whatsoever staying with the Rockets. Their parting away from each other will be no doubt inevitable. Reality (doesn't matter fans like it or not, haters or supporters) is Lin will stick around with the Rockets until he is traded or after his contract ends. Then he will probably have his final chance(s) to play for another team in NBA to prove himself (sadly and maybe unfairly but yes, he still needs to prove). After all he will be 26-7 that should be his prime time. until then, we will wait and see. As I said, except trolling, I don't see there is any further bashing or hating on Lin needed here in this forum. We don't do that to a bench warmer/filler who is a non-factor in the team.
Fun story about Dwight Howard's decision: Andrew Lynch, Daily Dime Live Fun story from Sloan, for those who haven't heard it! It looked like Dwight Howard's decision was going to come down to Dallas and Houston, but then the Warriors managed to trade Richard Jefferson and Andris Biedrins to the Jazz. All of a sudden, Daryl Morey was convinced that the Warriors were going to sign Dwight. Andrew Lynch, Daily Dime Live So Morey picks up the phone and calls Mark Cuban, saying to him, "Listen, you guys obviously aren't going to get Dwight. Would you be willing to trade Dirk to us?" Well, there was a problem. Dwight had in fact told the Mavs that he wouldn't be signing with Dallas. However, he had also informed the Mavericks that he would be signing with the Rockets. Morey, however, didn't know that. So from Cuban's perspective, Morey was rubbing it in. Link:http://espn.go.com/nba/notebook?page=dailydimelive
THAT'S your conclusion after the way he's been playing?? Beverley has literally done EVERYTHING right, and you're saying Lin (who's been playing like hot garbage) should him?? Just terrible. Lin has done nothing to earn the starting spot.
