Kaveman actually is very good this season, averaging 17 points and 13 boards. Yao used to dominate him constantly but that hasn't happened their last few meetings. Yao needs to show Kaveman whose boss and dominate him tomorrow. Hopefully Adelman will let him do that and put him in the low post. I don't see Kaveman fronting much, the Clips mostly play a traditional defense.

Kaman plays behind Yao and Clippers rarely double up on Yao. I think we will see a good game from our big guy.

Without Brand, Clippers have lost a lot of their interior defense. Now they are also without Maggette for a few weeks. If Rox don't kick ass on Monday, I'd be very disappointed.

we'll win if the role players step up again.

our 2 stars should get better as the offense keeps improving.

I dunno. We'll win if the clippers play like crap.

A prediction very unflattering towards Yao, and unjustified because Yao has played Kaman well. What if I predicted McGrady would get 18/4/4 on 40% shooting? I'd be flamed all over the place.

The big question is: Which Rockets team will show up? The 0-6 team or the team that played against the Nuggets? That's what makes any prediction so hard with this team; they are so inconsistent.

Same team! The only diffrence is Denver's bad defense.

if it results in a win, you won't ;) .

Exactly, Rockets win 103-89 with Yao and Tracy combining for 5 points. ;)

    we shouldn't lose ...

Predicting a fairly good game out of us. So that should be enough.

Ah, I see your concerned with Yao's points. Yao's weakness is not his scoring. He needs to own the paint defensively. 5 blocks and 12 boards would indicate hes improving in his areas of weakness. I am surprised with all of your bias towards Yao that you would not think the same.

The equivilent would be 18/8/8, in which most people here would love to see.
