Sending Suspension Vibes! Any Rockets player can throw a punch and get suspended tonight if they choose.

Blake Griffin deserves a real beat down.

We all want that, but we have to look at the bigger picture. CP3 needs to sit out, until he is fully healthy.

Oh yeah, forgot about the Wizards. That's the 78th game of season. Sounds like a rest game to me, while Washington is still fighting for homecourt in the playoffs. Toronto and Washington might escape unavenged.

Atlanta was 5-28 on the road and went into Utah's house and slapped them. Point is Detroit may be a rancid puddle of donkey ejaculate but they are still and NBA team. If you just stroll in the gym and think they will lay down think again. Any team can beat any team on any given night. Rox are very close to wrapping up #1 across the board. What is the magic number? 7 for HC throughout? That said, I think Golden State has accepted the fact they are number 2 and will play accordingly by resting players etc. Toronto still has a shot and other than the road game against the Cavs I don't see another loss on their schedule. So lets say they go 9-1. We will need to go 6-5. I only see four cake walks. Atlanta, Chicago, Phoenix and Sacramento. Maybe Detroit for a 5th. OKC will be tough, Portland will be tough, Pelicans will be tough. Spurs in their house will be tough. Wizards and Lakers? Can't get a feel for them (all these assuming on of Paul or Harden rest)

Of course if we are healthy and playing 25-30 mins no way do we lose 5 (or even 4 if Toronto wins out). Ahhh. Good time to be a Rockets fan.

Makes sense. Rest him tonight. Play him against the Pelicans where he'll be needed more. Then rest other guys(including CP3) randomly for the remainder of the homestand.

Now if the Rockets unexpectedly drop some of these home games and that #1 record looks a little less certain, then you backtrack on this plan. But otherwise they've shown they can win with guys like Ariza, EG, Ryno, and even CP3 missing time.

Joe needs to sit out too, but we can't afford to sit out the rest too quickly as yet. CP3 is needed on the court too, but he must be rested.

Unfortunately, we won't be sending another WC team down in standings tonight. That was fun while it lasted. So, an extra boring win tonight. Go Rockets!
