    It's nice to see Howard playing well. If he can become more consistent, he can take pressure off of McGrady. Even though he's no longer the 18-and-8 machine that he was during his days with the Wizards, Howard still has enough experience to be a productive offensive player.

    Bewilderingly, Reefer seems to be ok in the last few minutes of games...after he has nearly destroyed us in the first 3 quarters.

    The only reason that makes sense is that he wants another ball-handler in the game, so that teams don't have a chance to force McGrady to give the ball up. Alston's presence allows McGrady to have a chance to finish plays, rather than initiating the offense for other players.
