Fa sho, but you know the biggest thing was him hitting his open shots and finish at rim The other stuff you mention he been doing all season(especially reducing turnovers) which is why Ime stuck with him Which is why during this streak he has been going off % wise from 2/3pt area Which now makes his hockey assist and sprinting on fast breaks etc open it up for others, as Amen has benefited from both VV/Green looking for him often
If you're replying to my post about his game last night being so-so, if that's hate I don't even know dude, lol But I think we'd definitely still have won if you put in a replacement-level guard. We beat them by 10, and that makes it look closer than the game actually was at the end there. It was an okay game by Jalen, but nothing special. He's had much better performances in the past few weeks.
"Replacement level guard" doesn't have Green's gravity. This is the issue with box score watching. You don't see all the easy looks teammates get from defenses hedging on Green's side when he has the ball and blitzing and trying to get the ball out of his hands.
Mm, I watched the whole game. I don't think he was distorting their defense quite as much as you're putting out there, but sure, he was an important part of the win last night. Let's move on. And hopefully win the next one too!
Brah the Rockets and Kings have similar season pt differentials with the Kings at +1.4 and Rockets at +1.2. These two teams are already almost at the same level and their best players are deep into their primes and none of our guys are close to it.
not how stats work. its a nature of taking a lot of threes. the progress is inside the arc, he is taking much better shots, is much more aware of the defense, finishing way better. thats on top of way better defense and effort too
