I'm not worried about Giannis. We just can't allow the other guys to torch us. Luckily Connaughton and Bledsoe are out.
I feel like its an interesting question but the writer's case is basically , the shooters they give up open 3's to arent that good. Which , i mean is nothing revolutionary . I'm curious if he went further into the game data. I wonder when all these 3's the bucks give up are coming . IN the first half ? or after the game is out of hand. Could there be a variable that their length allows them to more successfully contest 3's so they dont mind giving defenses looks where they think they will be open , but the shot is harder than anticipated ? This is nothing different than us choosing to give up a 3 to draymond instead of KD , klay , or steph . I doubt they sag back on our shooters unless we prove to be very cold to start the game
With Bledsoe out, who will be primary defender on Harden? Giannis? With Lopez defending Russ? Would love this.
The refs really favored Milwaukee when it mattered most against Boston. Giannis fouled out, only he didn’t. I couldn’t believe it. Boston could have won, especially if Giannis had fouled out and he should have. I’m so sick of refs sticking their noses into a game and essentially deciding it themselves. Just call it fair. Is that too much to ask? When it comes to the “flavor of the moment” in the NBA, it just might be too much. Funny how that “flavor” is never the Rockets. We have to find a way to win regardless. After watching the Dallas game, we just might manage it.
