30 year old, has solid 2-3 years left in him, can give good 15-20 ppg on a given night, plays decent defense, solid 3pt shooter, not injury prone.....whats not to like? Sign and give him the money!
They need to go ahead and give him an extension. We won't have any money for free agents in the next few years anyway and even if they decide to trade him he still has value with a long term contract.
That's not Morey's world. Like he mentioned before he goes out there to find the Chandler Parsons early, other teams then can go overpay the Chandler Parson's of the world after they leave Houston.
I hope we can get an extension going with EG, couple of Vet Mins and then get a solid SF/PF for Shump+Picks (or Shump).
Here's comes Morey with the TKO -- trade knockout -- outta nowhere! As much as I love Gordon, Morey will trade him before ever giving him the max. No way Tilman pays top dollar for a glorified 6th man.
Morey can indeed trade him with or without the extension but, dude is no Glorified 6th man. He's a starter, or starter quality player on any other team that don't have two HOF PGs. C'mon now.
yep... every negative aspect that the fans have noted are all incorrect bc Eric Gordon is open to staying where he is at and having the org give him millions and millions more dollars... your dismissive nature of concerns is amazing... you should get a job at the front office... keeping in mind he has also stated that at times he has been frustrated and of course 'not having any fun'... but hey, he's willing to take another multi million dollar contract = everything is hunky dory! ...smh...
