    The difference is an erect penis. When men are "raped" you're not told to sh*t yourself to keep the other one from being turned on.

    Besides, I don't think anyone's been saying the boy was forcibly raped. It is a statutory rape case. Just because he wanted to have sex with her doesn't mean he wasn't exploited.

    But, she did get 8 years. I think that's adequate.

    What you get and what you serve are totally different things,

    but I think its fair to say the latter is the ACTUAL punishment you receive,

    I mean she "got" 8 years so why didnt she serve it?
