The draft will be done on the bbs and will start 8AM CDT on August 15th. Draft Order (done by generator at profantasysports.com): 1. Greek....................7. Smeg 2. PSJ.......................8. Harrisment 3. Rook.....................9. LongHornFan 4. T-Man..................10. nWo34Life 5. Fade.....................11. Jent 6. Moe......................12. Sam Draft Rules: 1. Picks must be done/updated on both BBS and Website. 2. Time: Rounds 1-3 (8 hours), Rounds 4-20 (4 hours). 3. LEAVE LISTS IF YOU WILL BE AWAY FOR A LONG TIME!!! Before we draft need a vote on the following rules changes discussed in the other thread, that would be possible (can't do all this close to draft) to implement right before the draft that Smeg brought up. If you don't vote, you can't complain 1. Starters: 1QB, 1RB, 1WR, 1TE, 1K, 3UT, 1DE, 1LB, 1DB, 2DP OR 1QB, 2RB, 3WR, 1TE, 1K, 1UT, 1DE, 1LB, 1DB, 2DP (the UT offense of player can only be used a max of 4 times at one particular position, such as QB) 2. Playoffs: Season 14 weeks long, top 4 (winners of each division, next 2 with best record), 2 week playoffs (1 week semis/1 week finals) OR Season 13 weeks long, top 4 (same scenario), 3 week playoffs (1 week semis / 2 week finals) ---------- either scenario we will have a toilet bowl for bottom dwellers 3. Scoring: Make any changes OR leave the same (will need to be set at the time draft begins) Anything else that I am forgetting, like waiver wire or so on, that wants to be discussed let me know. Let the trading begin..........starting with that 3rd pick, I hate that pick for some reason. It seems every year, there is a definite 1-2, then the next 5 to 8 players can be put in any order. So the pick is for sale............... My votes: 1. Leave current line-up format 2. Season 14 weeks, 2 weeks for playoffs 3. Scoring - rushing/receiving yards the same (instead of 1pt/15 yds. rush, 1pt/10 yds. received) - everything else is fine with me. No other major changes or issues that I have, even though a bid waiver system would be cool - just not sure how to do it fairly.
Of course I draft last. I don't think I've seen a top-5 pick in any league since I began doing these. Least I'll have an excuse for losing this season.

Starters: 1QB, 1RB, 1WR, 1TE, 1K, 3UT, 1DE, 1LB, 1DB, 2DP Season 13 weeks long, top 4 (same scenario), 3 week playoffs (1 week semis / 2 week finals) Our current scoring system offers a nice balance. It should be left unchanged. The only minor scoring change I would like to see is the addition of +1 point per Pass Defensed (for defensive players) and maybe getting rid of the -1 point penalty for missed field goals (the fact that the kicker missed is penalty enough). Otherwise, I feel strongly that our basic scoring system is fine as is and should not be changed.
Looks like Greek took Tomlinson with the first pick. No surprise there. Should probably keep PSJ updated by email as I don't think he has BBS access.

For some reason, my status was set to "Computer will pick." You should probably check the other teams to make sure they are set to manual pick.
