Rook at 4 - 6, second in the league in points. Moes at 8 - 2 and 7th. This is a funny game sometimes.
I've put in my dues in this league. There have been several times I was on the short end of the stick. I'm not saying I deserve it, but I'll sure as hell take it. Besides the low outliers (Ziggy and Longhorn) and the high outlier (Pete) the remaining 9 teams are all within about 100 total points of each other. All about the luck of the draw at that point. Pretty even league this year. Makes for a lot of random results though.
Grr...I slept on F. Jackson being inactivated...oblivious to the Bills on TNF. Well, so as to waive the white flag, Rook after processing my two other claims could you insert both players into my lineup? Thanks.
All the claims have been processed that were legal, I had a couple that could not be processed for various reasons (one guy tried to drop a player that already played this week, which you can't do till the week is over and another one that had too many players on roster). That being said, couple of changes to the league: 1. Trade deadline has passed, so no trades will be processed. 2. I have turned the league to free adds/drops anytime, as there is really not much left to pick up and to make things easier for everyone moving forward.
That was me. I didn't want to start that non-JFB Aggie in the first place but these pee-pee Thursday games are killers.
Nah, I'd rather not play someone there than drop someone and pickup a DB. I can't drop Hartline or Tannehill so I chose to forfeit that spot. It's a strategy I've used in several leagues over the years. What's a waiver wire DB gonna do, get me 6pts? C'mon.
Such an embarrassing performance this week. Can't really explain it. Going to be a rough road to the playoffs. The 4 point loss in basketball hurts more, though.
My trades worked out excellent in my favor. I'd probably still have the same record if I'd kept the players.
Hell, Ingram might even be a better option than McCoy for the rest of the season. Oh well, the trade seemed like a good idea at the time.
