There’s nothing wrong with posters disliking certain players. Maybe they just don’t like that certain style of play, that’s fine. However, when you have... CK coming in during every slump in the game and saying “games over” but is never to be found when the Rockets are actually winning Or Basketmad who literally types absolutely nothing but Negativty about Harden. Nothing about the game itself, nothing about any other play or any other player, it’s just Harden. This is the kind of stuff that people take offense to in game chats. It’s lazy, it’s not productive, and it shows that they are on this board for literally one purpose. Again , I get it, it’s easy to just hit ignore and move on, but for new posters, it’s a toxic way to see a chat for the first time.
I’m not sure that this is a useful subject to spend time on. We have the ignore feature for a reason. Someone drives you crazy? That’s what it’s for. I wish @Clutch could make the ignore feature “forum specific” for contributing members. Some members are terrible in one forum, and almost like a different person in another. I’ve mentioned it in Feedback before, but that was probably a few years ago. Just a thought.
