buddy gave me two tickets but I wanted to see if i could upgrade them to better seats. Is it possible through the ticket office?
As far as I know, your only option would be to list them for sale on flashseats, then purchase new ones and hope yours sells. I do not think they have an upgrade option, it is just more for buying and selling.
If ticket sales are light, I'm pretty sure they'll upgrade you. Hell, I've been upgraded for free in such situations just for asking. Go to the season ticket booth and ask. The worst thing that can happen is they say no. They keep comps aside for every game. If it's a good opponent though, don't bother. It's not gonna happen. As far as the ticket window, I'm not sure where your seats are, but again it doesn't hurt to ask if you can pay the difference for a better seat. Again, they can only say no. A smart rep would see that taking the extra money is better than having an empty seat that's more expensive. But no guarantees.
