Can an Average Joe hit a home run into the Crawford boxes?

an 'average joe' would not be able to. however, a weekend warrior who's in good shape would have a chance.

Im not saying I'd knock everything out of the park, but I'd say that if I was getting fastballs right down the middle, I'd knock one out every 30 or so pitches.

I also think that most guys that are semi athletic can do it with practice...now, facing a pitcher that has a number of different pitches...game over.

My point was more about estimating the odds of knocking it out...not necessarily facing 30 pitches and then hitting one out.

What's the distance down the LF line? I've hooked one or two around the foul pole on my school's field, which is 325.

I'd definitely need a metal bat.
