I'm not at all saying Biden is guilty if this act , just stating that its entirely possible. It sure would make for great TV for Kamala & Co. to be questioning Biden the way she did Kavanaugh and hearing this woman's version of Blasey Ford. I haven't read enough about her to know anything about her support for Putin. Problem with these types of accusations is we will never really know the truth from fiction. Its just an ugly stain on someone that you can't wash away even if they aren't convicted - often the accusation is enough to do irreparable damage.
I believe the accusation alone is damaging if the source is credible; and yes I’m counting “credible” as any woman who makes a flat out accusation with no prior statement on the matter, ergo any woman making any claim shouldn’t be dismissed. However, if someone completely changes their story from an earlier version there’s higher scrutiny and less damage. There are countless “scandals” alleged against any candidate every year from county sheriff to POTUS. The allegation that Obama was Muslim didn’t stick because it was patently ridiculous. I think Reade’s new story is in that same camp unless I hear more information
Ms. Reade has the right to be heard. I haven't really seen too many people calling her a liar. Some people posted concerns. I think anyone who makes the claim has the right to be heard.

It should be investigated, but without evidence, there's no way to account for the truth or prosecution. Such is life in how we handle sex crimes today. Pretty much he said, she said at this point. Much different than say, a taped recording or having your "fixer" send bounced check payments to women as an NDA/hush money. Not naming names...
