I had this on while doing something else. 24-0 in the 1st half to 0-35 in the 2nd half for Arkansas. I thought VaTech would beat them down and wondered why they no-showed in the 1st half. There was a ruling on an inadvertent whistle that defied explanation and had to be wrong. I assume the NCAA will issue a statement Friday.
http://www.espn.com/college-footbal...jeremy-sprinkle-suspended-arkansas-razorbacks Razorbacks' Jeremy Sprinkle tried to take more items than allowed 7:10 PM PT Jeremy Sprinkle's collegiate career abruptly ended hours before Thursday's Belk Bowl. The reason? He shoplifted from -- of all places -- a Belk department store in Charlotte, North Carolina, even though each player on Sprinkle's Arkansas team and opponent Virginia Tech had a $450 gift card to spend there.
Lol I'm picturing the guy leaving the store with his teammates thinking he'd pulled a fast one - I mean who would suspect a special event guest of shoplifting? In the future, I wouldn't be surprised if this gets nixed.
I can understand how shoplifting happens, especially with self checkout these days being a gateway, but probably cost him millions. Not thinking forward.
UW played them even in the 1st half except for the two TOs. Jake Browing with the fatal dagger to his own team. I think UW opens a can of quit in the 3rd quarter and Alabama wins going away.
The difference between OSU and Clemson is Clemson has a real quarterback. Watson is the only real QB in the CFP. They will beat Bama.
I can't remember the last time I've seen a QB come back from the dead during a game like Trace McSorley. At one point he was 1/6 with 2 INTs. Penn State has scored 7 straight touchdowns, including a run of 4 TDs in 4 consecutive offensive plays. Crazy.
