    Bobby Bonds Dies
    Former major-leaguer Bobby Bonds, father of San Francisco slugger Barry Bonds, died late Saturday morning. Barry Bonds will be away from the team indefinitely, the Giants announced.

    Sory for him, but this sucks for everyone now - Barry was already an @$$hole before his father died, now think of what a ****sucker he will be haha.

    Whoah, he was only 57.

    I knew that he played for a little while with Barry, but I thought he was a lot older.

    I only thought that because I remember seeing him a couple years ago on TV and he looked like he was 70 or 80.

    He must've been really sick and in a lot of pain. That's a terrible feeling being in pain, knowing you're going to die and have no relief.

    Actually, Barry's dad retired in 81 or 82 and they never played together.

    You are probably thinking about Ken Griffey Jr. and Sr. who did play together with the Seattle Mariners until Sr. retired.

    Considering how sick Bobby Bonds had become, I thought it was terrific that they got to enjoy one last game together in the most heavenly of baseball parks.
