    I'm in Australia and watch my Rockets via League Pass...The Comcast situation sucks for Houston fans in Houston, NBA league pass blackout rule is also a head scratcher.

    First of all, an employer can't be sued for terminating someone with cause. And if someone obtained a job under the false pretense that he could actually perform the job (as RW seems to have done) I think that would be cause for termination. Should an airline be required to make accommodations for a blind pilot?

    Secondly, even if all the above is wrong, Texas is a "right to work" state, which means that anyone can be terminated at any time with or without cause here.
