We all know that Howard and Asik are elite defensively (Howard is elite period). On the Texans Foster/Tate (when healthy) have been an elite back duo for the past couple of seasons.

Which duo would you consider more impactful/better?

Foster-Tate is more akin to Lin-Bev

I was relating more so on their elite level. I feel that as far as being elite, they are a closer comparison to DH12/Asik. no?

    Dwight-Omer-Greg = Schaub-Yates-Keenum?

    Asik/Dwight by far.

Not because they're so much better than AF/Tate, but because they're so much better than their competition at C.

    Dwight/Asik > Foster/Tate
    Kevin McHale > Gary Kubiak
    Les Alexander > Bob McNair
    Houston Rockets > Houston Texans

Not at all. Foster when healthy is an elite RB, probably in the top 3 in the NFL. His talent level is similar to that of an NBA all star. Not a superstar franchise player, but the kind of guy you're thrilled to have as the 2nd/3rd option on your team.

Are you saying that Greg Smith is secretly the best center on our roster?

Foster was elite ages ago this year and last year he has been somewhat of a disappointment, 3.9 ypc is not good.

Howard/Asik are going to contribute 20-30 wins to this team by themselves. In fact its kind of an unfair question since Foster/Tate can't do anything about the Texans messed up situation by themselves.

I'd easily take just Dwight Howard for a 5 man basketball team, than 2 Adrian Petersons who only play half the game on an 11 man football team.

What is this nonsense? We're here to talk about what it takes to win the championship and not compare those garbage NFL players of the overrated Texans to the real stars/athletes of this town.

It's all about the Rockets, the pride of Houston. Take your garbage Texans talk elsewhere. Clutchfans belongs to a real team, the Rockets, and not a fake wannabe team like the Texans.

I agree, he should have put Keenum, Schaub, and Yates to make the comparison correct.

Please take this crap out of here. This is a Rockets exclusive forum and very few are interested in talking about an over-rated wannabe championship contender like the Texans
