To have a league like this, its gotta be done in a tongue-in-cheek semi-satirical type of way. Have absolutely no social angle to it. The reasons the promoters actually mentioned, I cant believe they're actually serious with that intent of trying to promote a "pure" basketball product.

That'd be like a Latino-Only league that insists it must have a "passionate" brand of basketball.
