    Is there a way I can set this up on a Vizio TV through its "smart" apps? I didn't see a simple browser app but I just got the TV and am not very familiar with it yet. I have it working on another TV's Roku and media PC.

    if there is an app that has any form of UPnP/DLNA than it would work.. i would think your tv is connected via your routers wifi, theres the link to your pc.. i found a way to play ballstreams on my directv cable box through its media share..
