Seems like you could have just coherently told them what type of food it was and what restaurant it was from; pretty sure this is why the word "actually" was invented. You could even own it and joke that the "one time you don't have Chinese food" people compliment you on it.

 

I thought it referred to Guns, Ganja and Gangbanging. The three things plaguing the urban community today. hotballa just has mad street cred.
