TheFreak and I have been thinking of a good day for our next meeting. The first was a success, if only for the fact that the Rockets won...we've got the mojo baby! Anyway, we were thinking the week or two after Thanksgiving. I recommend the following: 11/27: vs. Sacramento 12/4: at Chicago 12/6: Washington Those would work best for me. No Monday nights (gotta have my MNF), or weekends. This get together would take place on the North side of town since so many were nice enough to make it to the cool part last time. Showplace Lanes worked really well last year. Hopefully more will be able to join us such as Clutch, RocketsPimp, gr8-1, Smokey, Kagy, DaDakota, shanna, others I'm missing, in addition to the cool guys we already met. Start planning and give us some opinions.
More than likely, I'd say Sac-town... unless we want to all get together during a Wizards game and laugh at all the putzes there to see Jordan.
I am gonna try my best to meet you guys. But, what do I do, do I just walk up and say "Hi. I'm the gr8-1."
For some reason, you'll probably know us when you see us. Since there are a few of us that already know each other, we'll have a decent size group together. Plus, at Showplace, there was never really that many people.
Thursday's are bad for me so I probably can't make 12/6. BK -- just wear baggy pants, maybe no one will notice.
I don't know if I can make it to the Kings game. I'll be able to let you guys know on Sunday. The Washington game would be fun I think. If anyone wants to get together for that one, I'm down.
12/4 is fine by me, and i know the is a rockets thread but being a UT student, all i have to say is IT'S 11:35 AND OU STILL SUCKS!!!!!! GO HORNS: PASADENA OR NEW ORLEANS HERE WE COME!!!
I think I could make the 12/4 game, too. Are we in agreement to meet somewhere closer to the north this time?
