Series starts Friday. I'll add the times and TV info this time. Times will always be listed as CST.

    Pitching Matchups

4-23 -- Brandon Duckworth (0-0,6.75) vs. Jason Jennings (1-1, 8.04) -- 8:05 KNWS (The Astros site is still saying this but it may change with the Rockets playing)

    4-24 -- Roger Clemens (3-0, 0.87) vs. Jeff Fasero (0-0, 4.70) 2:05 KNWS

    4-25 -- Wade Miller (2-1, 3.32) vs. Joe Kennedy (2-0, 2.84) 2:05 KNWS

This looks like a sweep for the good guys, but with the way Coors gives up homers, anything is possible.

Apparently the snow is falling big-time right now in Denver... and they're expecting an additional 4-8 inches before midnight.

Thus, it looks like the Good Guys are gonna get a much needed day off after last night's marathon.

Look for there to be a double header tommorow....

What's the reason for Pettite not pitching? I thought he was originally planned to pitch here. I hope his injury isn't becoming more serious, ala Prior.

Weather. Probably not a good idea to bring back an injured player in cold conditions. He's gonna start next week versus Pittsburgh.

As Nick mentioned, its freezing in Colorado and there was no point in putting Pettitte out there in the freezing cold, which increases chance of injury, in April. He's making a start in the minors and should be back next week.

It will be nice to see the bats wake up for a whole series after falling asleep vs. St. Louis.

I think Clemens can still keep his era low there. The only type of pitcher that can strive in Colorado is a power pitcher.

Lamb is making the Ensberg debate academic at this point. With the way he is swinging, Jimy can't keep him out of the lineup.

    2-for-2, 3 rbi, triple.

Runners on 1st and 3rd, full count to Ausmus.

Ausmus swings and misses, but the pitch is wild and gets away from the catcher. Berkman starts home, but the catcher recovers and gets him in a run down. Catcher throws the ball over the 3rd basemans head, and both Berkman and Lamb score with Ausmus going to 2nd on a strikeout!!!

Palmeiro just hit a 2 run homer. 10-4 Stros.

Actually scratch that. That was a walk to Ausmus, not a K.

Sad thing is, a 6 run lead is far from safe in Colorado, even in the 8th or 9th inning.

Harville is a disaster tonight. 2 wild pitches and 3 runs allowed.

Guess well have to burn either Lidge or Dotel after all.

    Woohoo!!!

Lidge nails it down. 4 batters faces, 4 Ks.

    He is filthy nasty!
