At least the Angels are facing Felix tonight. Richards pitching for LA is no slouch either, but SEA should have the advantage.

There's some truth in most jokes and the board's overall vibe regarding said poster isn't gravy, but I hear you.

    No harm, no foul. :)

Barring an epic meltdown from the Mariners, the Astros will maintain their 1.5 game lead in the West.

On top of guys slumping, Cleveland ran some good arms out there. Kluber, Carrasco and Anderson have respectve FIPs of 2.42, 2.83, and 2.91.

No need to panic. Some of you b**ches need to take your defeatist asses back to the GARM.

Second best record in the AL and if you just came in here and read you would think it is 2013 still

Only two things concern me right now:

    Consistent offense/defense without Springer
    Starting pitching outside of Keuchel

I expect the latter to get help soon... and the former will be stabilized by just a semblance of a pulse from anybody playing 1B, Correa ending his mini-slump (not concerning at all), and possible help from Lowrie or un-named trade target/minor league promotion.

Despite the records of some of these teams, Boston and Cleveland are actually pretty good... both expected to be much better going into the season (remember, SI picked Cleveland to win it all), and they're both likely to finish higher in the standings compared to where they are now.

I get the feeling there will be a move next week. Coming out of the break (or soon thereafter), I hope for a rotation of

    Keuchel
    trade acquisition
    McHugh
    McCullers
    Feldman

IMO, depending on who that acquisition might be, this is a rotation that can keep the lead and win the division.
