    I am aware of the Posse Comitatus Act/Insurrection Act, but what I completely missed was the fact that these are federal troops, not state troops. I was under the impression that there are no federal national guard troops on the border, I thought every state was going to have to fend for itself.

    Thanks for clearing up my confusion, that explains it.

    Dikembe Mutombo could be useful here...

    Northern Mexico is becoming Colombia v. 2.0. And the Mexican Government has shown little desire to do anything. It's almost as if they see their border states as the United States's problem.

    Oh yeah, don't blame me. I voted for Kinky, too.
