Just as we say 3-4 years for a young draftee, Ime is finishing his third year with the Rockets it feels like he has reached his ceiling here.

A team is not much a defensive team if giving up 129. And it seems like team might have too much dead legs to make any 3's in the course of a game. Which is weird considering it's a team of players in their athletic prime, with young lungs.

There's a lot of meat on the bones of this team not captured correctly. So yes, checking my knee jerk meter, I'm OK if they look elsewhere on coaching.

The irony is of course we all would, and should. We don't have a career in this background.

Ime? He does. So why is he getting his ass handed to him in the exact same fashion game after game after game after game with zero improvement?

Thanks for making our point fella.

Getting your ass handed to you by a good team and being flagged as "proof" of failure is no more valid than winning against great teams and being flagged as "proof" of genius.
    1. Detroit Pistons (46–18) Rockets won 111–104 on January 23, 2026.
    2. San Antonio Spurs (48–17) Rockets won 111–106 on January 20, 2026.
    3. Boston Celtics (43–22) Rockets won 128–101 on November 1, 2025.
    4. Cleveland Cavaliers (40–26) Rockets beat Cleveland twice:
      • 114–104 on November 19, 2025
      • 117–100 on December 27, 2025.
    5. Oklahoma City Thunder (51–15) Rockets won 112–106 on February 7, 2026.
      Los Angeles Lakers (40–25) 119–96 on December 25, 2025.
      Minnesota Timberwolves (40–26) 110–105 on January 16, 2026.
    6. Denver Nuggets (40–26) 115–101 on December 20, 2025.
    7. Phoenix Suns (38–27) 100–97 on January 5, 2026.
You need to be coach immediately so we can go 82-0. Your plan will be fabulous and copied all the way down to the pee-wee leagues.

    Your time is NOW.

Ohhh boy. Had to stop reading your comment here.

I like how you blissfully ignore the mounting losses against garbage teams they should've won in blowouts hahaha, which is what people want him gone for.

Let me say it again, maybe slower so you'll get it.

    Thanks, fella.

    For proving our point.
