    i incorporated a no gifts for christmas policy about 5 years ago. one of the best decisions i ever made. life has been easy going in December ever since. family still buys me crap even though i make it clear every year i dont want anything and they are not getting anything. i've found that in the end they know i still love them and don't hold it against me.
