I've had to log back in 3 or 4 times since Thursday evening. Anyone else experiencing this?

It only appears to be happening on my Android phone and it just started yesterday for no apparent reason. (No updates or changes)

Yep...i just now closed my browser as I normally do. Started it. It came up on a Clutch Fans page. I clicked on a link and had to log in.

Strange. Is it possible that it's a setting that all cookies are being wiped out in that browser when you close it? Do you stay logged in on other sites?

This is the only site it is happening and it only happens on my phone using the default Samsung browser. I think I cleared out all of the Clutchfans data to no avail. I assume it is something particular to my phone. Chrome had been working just fine. No need to waste time on it, but if you have something you want me to try, let me know.

It happened to me once in a while this year. Whenever it did, updating my bookmarked link by adding "https://" solved the issue.

This started happening to me yesterday. Have had to log in twice now. Haven't had to in years.

    Happening in safari.

At first I assumed I was banned again. Which would have been strange because I haven’t been drunk posting.

My phone keeps logging me out. Laptop is fine. Using Chrome on both.

Edit: just saw the other thread about https. That may have fixed it. I also wasn't getting the icons next to each forum before but now I am.

Same thing here with Chrome. Very strange. It won't allow me to click the "Log In" link unless I refresh multiple times. And then will pop up log in screen with my stuff filled-in.

Glad it's not just me. I thought I got banned as well. Not sure why I would but...

Haven't seen this, but if it was happening to me I would try purging the browser's cache.

Yeah...weird stuff is happening on my phone the past two days that wasn't earlier. At times I need to re-login. At other times, I can click on 'members' and then 'forum' and things work even though it wanted me to log in prior to me clicking members.

I'll see what happens after ensuring I'm using https.

Did you try adding https on the url? It wasn't working on my phone either (android/chrome) and it seems to be working now. In fact if I go back and remove the https and use http it logs me out on another tab, but if I open another tab again with https it fixes it (icons/staying logged in etc).

Blah sorry, I saw you said you were going to try it. It fixed mine, so just curious.

This is happening to me as well. And when I click “log in” it doesn’t load the login box. I have to open it in another tab. I’ve cleared the cache, etc and still logs me out when I close the window. I am on an iPhone.

When I use https in the url, it says cant reach the server.. it’s strange indeed

For some reason, the htaccess redirect, which changes http://bbs.clutchfans.net to https://bbs.clutchfans.net when you load the site, is not working on phone browsers and I can't figure out why. It doesn't seem to make any sense to me.

So what you're seeing on the first load is the previous insecure site. Once you click a link (or add the S to http), it will all work fine.

I'll see if I can find a better solution.
