DiseasedMonkey, I need to talk to you about the Francis BobbleHead that I bought from you. It's broken at his ankles and there are porcelain chips missing from his shoes. His head is also unglued. I am sorry for this inconvenience because I know you wouldn't send a broken bobblehead on purpose so I dont blame you in any way. I just want to see what we can do to fix this situation. I sent a couple of emails but BGM said that you didnt receive tham and that I should just post a thread.
