Unthinkable pain and suffering. At some point the parents need to be held accountable for a kid that can access firearms and build bombs while they are oblivious to it all. Taken into custody saddens me as well, would rather hear was shot dead at the scene.
Now that I'm done making fun, I don't think it is that bad an idea. Thinking of our middle school, it has one approved entrance, but many doors for exiting, which kids tend to open to let friends in or whatever. They can also be discretely propped open. You need them for exits, but they could be emergency-only exits, with an alarm. That would stop the casual use of these exits and force all kids to the main door. Which would be a pain in the butt, but makes the environment easier to control. I am still always alarmed at how easy it would be to bring a gun, even a long gun, in through the front door of that school. Just go up, buzz reception, they see your face in the little fish-eye camera and let you in.
don't spread these ideas. I was on this forum 8 years ago saying running over a crown of people in a car was more effective than shooting into it with a gun.
Welcome to my Ignore list. You and only one other made it, takes an extra special person to make that exclusivity...
I hate to tell Rep. Williams, but this is modern American normal. Things are already "back to normal" right now. We await the next school shooting.
