The thing about politics is that most people are in the middle of everything. there are dems who are pro life just as there are republicans that are pro choice. My problem is that they try to link every black man whom barack ever gave a hug to as a supporter. Go and look at mccain and how he left his wife after an accident and married a lady 25 yrs younger who abused prescription medicine. What about Paline who was at least part of the effort to seperate alaska from the u.s., yet she is a reformer and staunch american. Had Barack did something like that, he would be called a terrorist.

Who can be sure? There is much evidence that she sympathizes with these secessionists. She's from Alaska. Her husband was a member. She attended a convention. She welcomed another convention as Governor. She knows people in Alaska. While the McCain campaign says she never registered as a member of the AIP, there have been significant questions raised about that and we have yet to see all the documents. What is Sarah Palin hiding? Has she sworn allegiance to the Nation of Alaska? I have seen reports on the Internet that the records showing her a member of the Republican Party may have been doctored. Others have suggested her AIP membership documents were intentionally destroyed and the Republican heavies are putting pressure on people to not mention her attendance at AIP functions. These are the kinds of people we are dealing with. Why won't Sarah Louise Heath Palin come clean about this anti-American group that she and her family have supported for decades? And what kind of American has four names, including one belonging to a dead movie star of a different gender? Telling.

Well to be fair to tater_j, it is true that the only thing that can be confirmed at this point is that Palin's husband was a member of a radical secessionist party, whose founder said this- "The fires of hell are frozen glaciers compared to my hatred for the American government."

Oh yeah, and Palin recorded a video address for the AIP party convention.

 

There was also a video up yesterday(was removed today...hmmmmm) showing someone in the seperatist movement addressing the meeting who claimed she was a member.
