but... i would still rather listen to her than amr... atleast hate sounds like she knows what she's talking about rather than reading questions off of a page that sound like they were written by a 3rd grader.

 

After M&M in the morning, they play the "Herd" or whatever from 9-12 now, then the Michael Irvin Show from 12 -2... the GAC "pre-Show" with Estridge and Nate Newton/or whoever the flavor of the week is from 2-3, then GAC from 3-6...


She was on GAC's 3-6 last week... but I don't think she's got a regular gig right now...

The Mike Irvin show is actually pretty good, his co-host balances him well.

Exactly. I'm sure she's a nice person, but that doesn't mean she automatically deserves all the pub McClain is giving her.

I wonder what Megan Manfull (female sports columnist who actually KNOWS what she's talking about) thinks of all of this AMR nonsense. Here's a SERIOUS female sports columnist trying to do it the RIGHT way - and now she has to put up with AMR getting all the good assignments just because she's a bikini model.

Oh, but I have. Lived in Dallas for two years and had to deal with Dennis/Engel then the little Ball of Hate solo show. She is awful, but I prefer her to AMR.

Does she still have that show on ESPN? And yeah, she is annoying

I do miss GAC, though. I think Galloway is hilarious

 

I started listening to McClain/AMR/Oliver Luck on 610 last week, but I had to turn it off after 5 minutes because of her. AMR sounds like a sorority girl pretending to be a real journalist, and it was just embarrassing to listen to. Now, I'm sure Anna-Megan is a sweetheart and super-nice in person, but the chick has zero radio presence. She needs to be a TV weatherman or one of those "human interest stories" reporters.

 

Do you know her personally? If not, that's just dumb.

It isn't her actual voice, it's her lack of expressions, her flat tone like she's slowly reading a teleprompter and her lack of sports knowledge that annoys me. My friends and I all laugh about how terrible she is when she does the show with The General

Damn, I saw this old thread resurrected and I assumed one of three things: either she had been fired from 610 because she sucked (might have already happened and I didn't hear), there arose evidence that she was sleeping with McClain, or a sex tape of her surfaced somewhere (possibly a sickening combination of the last two).

What a disappointment.
