This is being discussed in the 4/13 playoff game thread, but probably deserves its own thread since he's arguably the team's best player. It pisses me off that we couldn't keep him. Hope he does well, but not too well.

#LA
— Drew Goudelock (@0goudelock) April 14, 2013

Lakers expected to sign their former guard Andrew Goudelock late Sunday morning and could make him available for Spurs game, source tells Y!
— Marc J. Good for him. He deserves a shot at the big times. Mini mamba replaces the black mamba. Poetic justice
His game reminds me of Damien Lillard. Could be the spark the Lakers need. Drew has worked hard, Morey ignored him for a long time, he deserves a chance to show what game he's got.
If he does well there expect Goudelocksanity. Hope he does well. Except for Wednesday. I hope he does terrible on Wednesday.
watch him become the next Jeremy Lin and just explode... then we'll have endless threads about how stupid MOrey and McHale are for keeping 'player x' over this huge talent....
I hope he does well. In that way, we can recruit more guys to play on the Vipers. Hard work ought to pay off.
One plus about them losing Goudelock is that it may give Rice and Kennedy more spotlight. Rice can fill it up and Kennedy was among the league's best players before getting traded to the Vipers.
Vipers will be okay. Goudelock was just offense when nothing else was working. Time to play more team ball! (Trying to be optimistic like DofD) We traded away a good portion of the quality of this team early in the season for Andrew. Still, this is what the D League is for, so best of luck to him. I hope he plays lights out and gets a contract.
I know Rockets wanted Brooks for veteran insurance, but I do think Rockets wanted him on team next season.
Damn can you imagine a D-Leaguer with no NBA experience then suddenly being thrust to a NBA playoff game? In LA of all cities too... cray.
