And here I thought all this talk about registering dead people was made up, but now we know where Republicans learned about this stuff....by doing it.

(I wasn't sure which words in the title I was supposed to intentionally misspell in subtly racist ways, hopefully basso will explain that ***** someday.)

More proof of republican voter suppression.

Man Tied To Va. GOP Arrested In Voter Form Destruction

A Pennsylvania man employed by a company working for the Republican Party of Virginia was arrested by investigators from the Rockingham County Sheriff’s office on Thursday and charged with destroying voter registration forms.

Colin Small, a 31-year-old resident of Phoenixville, Pa., worked for Pinpoint, a company hired to register voters on behalf of the Republican Party of Virginia. Prosecutors charged him with four counts of destruction of voter registration applications, eight counts of failing to disclose voter registration applications and one count of obstruction of justice.

You have got to be kidding me. People can't be so stupid as to dismiss multiple instances in multiple states as "limited in nature" I guess limited is a relative term.

One is voter registration fraud and the other is in person voting fraud. Voter ID stops the kind of fraud that isn't prevalent (keeping legitimate voters from voting in the process) but doesn't stop the other kind of fraud that does actually happen.

The truest irony is that this thread is so short compared to the AKORN!11!!! threads back in the day, where you would think WW3 was about to happen, even though any wrongdoing seems rather tame compared to the very easily documented and admitted fraud we have here with these contractors in several states.

    Hence, bump!

Well, if this local Virginia radio report is true, it is both disgraceful and completely unsurprising. More party over country.

    http://www.examiner.com/article/gop-controlled-virginia-board-of-elections-refuses-to-prosecute-gop-voter-fraud-1

"A GOP operative was observed by multiple witnesses to have discarded completed voter registration forms in a dumpster. This is a crime in Virginia, but the Republican controlled State Board of Elections will not ask the State Attorney General to investigate the matter.

WTVR.com has reported locally from Virginia that The Virginia State Board of Elections (VSBE) will be refusing to prosecute Colin Small, 31, who was arrested on charges of obstruction of justice and voter fraud. Under the written law the Virgina Attorney General is unable to move forward with a prosecution unless it is requested to investigate by the VSBE. Small, therefore, is off the legal hook despite the fact he was witnessed and there is evidence of him committing a crime.
    "

More at the link. The chairman of the state board of elections is the former head of the Republican party in the state. SMDH. He could still do the right thing and push forward prosecuting an obvious crime.
