The Rules
1. No Rookies
2. 10 rounds selecting 9 players and 1 coach
3. 55 million salary total for each team's roster(http://www.hoopsworld.com/2010-11-nba-salaries)
4. Coaches salary does not count towards the salary cap and they can be selected at any round. You MUST select a coach.
5. During the draft, a person has 3 hours to make their pick until they get skipped.
6. No Quitters this draft.
7. If both team are under the cap, both teams should be under the cap after they make a trade.
8. If you are over the cap and cannot get under at all, you will be penalized minus-10 votes for every 5 mil you are over during the public polls.
9. After the draft, you may drop 1 player and add one payer who has not been drafted. You only get to do this once this draft.
10. Match-ups will be determined before the draft by random drawing.
11. Order of the positions of the draft will be by random drawing.
12. ALL RULES SUBJECT TO CHANGE(except for #6)

New/Update Rules
1. You can only select a coach who coached within the last 10 years and a coach with a minimun of 1 season a head coach
2. Since there are only 12 teams, I will bump the salary cap to 60 million
