BigMaloe PG - Steph Curry SG - Thabo Sefolosha SF - Lebron James PF - Chris Bosh C - Omer Asik Bench Beverley Garcia Sullinger Henson Jonas vs. VBG Pg - Kyrie Irving SG - Andre Iguodala SF - Paul Pierce PF - Tim Duncan C - Joakim Noah Bench Ricky Rubio Reggie Jackson Gordon Hayward Anthony Davis Kenyon Martin
Real close. I choose Bigmaloe though Bm starters > VBG starters by a hair VBG bench >>> Bm bench Maloe would fare better with a 9 man rotation of starters + bev, garcia, sullinger, and valanciunas to fully cover his team. Curry/irving will face trouble guarding each other = wash Pierce will face trouble guarding James, but iggy could be put on him= slight +BM Bosh/asik vs duncan/Noah is an awesome FC match up = slight +VBG for more exp
My argument - My team is really smart. These are extremely high basketball ball IQ players who can play well together and mesh. They're all two way players (apart from Kyrie to an extent) and I have Rubio and Anthony Davis to come of the bench without much of a dropoff in production. The Duncan - Noah - Iggy frontcourt should be able to frustrate LBJ, especially when Lebron is playing the 3.
Yeah I'm looking to join an active league. I've been in lots of leagues but not extremely active and competitive. Would love to have some fellow CF members to do battle with.
Sorry Maloe, I take VBG. Kyrie is a little better than Curry. Crazy frontcourt for Levron to deal with. Thabo is gonna have to hit a lot of shots and I don't really trust him to do that in a 7 game series. VBG's bench dominates.
Because if you watch the games all he shoots are ridiculously wide open 3s and against good defensive teams he becomes a liability because they run him off the 3 point line or rush his shot. And Thabo has absolutely no off the dribble game.
I know he always has wide open looks. You think he won't be wide open in my offense? I got him for defense and wide open 3s. He didn't need to create with this team, just spot and shoot.
