Perfect timing. You were just at 49 and I was at 68. Suddenly I'm at 69.

And someone just bumped you to 50. And I magically go to 70.

No worries. I'm sure I'll regain that 20 vote lead anytime now.

I'm curious why I'm still getting votes when Arjun has yet to explain how his team could beat mine....

K so this is my assessment without any personal regards to the comments being made

Arjun: yes you have durant, but your team has very weak big men (defensively). However, you do have great scoring in durant and captain jack but.. these guys are shooters and they do have off nights. A strong arguement could be made with the strong rebounding capabilities of your bigs but your team can be overwhelmed by larger/skilled bigs and durant/parker arent the best defenders

wekko: You have a very well rounded team in terms of offense/defense. Granger and nelson arent the best defenders but garnett, fields and nene help out in that department. You have two bigs who can work downlow and garnetts ability to pass helps spread the florr for the shooters you have. Your biggest weakness imo is the passing ability of your wings. I see jameer and granger more as scorers and another problem is that fields and granger aren't the best at putting the ball on the floor.

VBG: I like your team because of the fact that you have two way players in a lot of positions. You wont get points from your C but ZBO helps out there. Gordon is a stud, batum can play great D and Kidd is very willing to pass the ball. However, i see a weak fast break team (defensively) because i feel that your bigs are not that mobile/motivated? (you know what im trying to say lol).

My choice: Arjun should be eliminated due to his lack of size/defensive ability in the post.

Ps: i know a little extensive but im really bored at work lol

I actually came to that same conclusion and considered putting Maynor in the starting lineup to run the offense and using Jameer as a sparkplug off the bench.

I never intended for Fields to handle the ball or create his own shot. I saw him as a player who could play defense, hit the 3 pointer, run in transition offense, and move w/o the ball.

Someone posted a link detailing the top defensive efficiencies of individual players this past season. Interestingly, Jameer Nelson made the 7th fewest defensive mistakes in the league.

I think my lead over Arjun actually got down to 17 before someone noticed. Its back up to 23 now. This is total bs.

geez wekko, you've gained more votes the last 15 minutes then the last 3-4 hours.

Coincidentally, they all coincided with increased votes for Arjun...
