Do companies pay Amazon to surreptitiously add their products to people's Alexa shopping lists? Today on mine, I see Wunderoots Noodled Carrots. I have a lot of people in my household, but none of them would want Noodled Carrots and none would specify a brand. Could Alexa have misheard when we were talking about poodles and ferrets? I doubt it. It had a "TM" after Wunderoots. This happens occasionally, always with a brand specified and a trademark.
She’s always listening. A garbled word that sounds like Alexa and she will start putting **** in your cart. I’ve bought every song by the Yeah Yeah Yeahs a few dozen times.
Haven't had this happen but have had my kids subscribe me to Amazon Music before while listening to songs on Alexa.
Sure that happens to me. But I think something more sinister is going on. Googling, I don't find other people with my experience, but I can't be the only one... right?
Wunderoots Noodled Carrots is connected to Deep State. Check your DMs for more details; I won't share here because the sheeple aren't ready.
WTF? Today, I see on the list Wunderoots TM Sunday Marinara. Amazon is doing this ish, those sneaky bastards. Also, I get extremely annoyed when you ask Alexa something and then it says "by the way..." and then offers some helpful bs to deepen their share of wallet. I am aware of the misogynistic pitfalls of yelling at female-voice AI, but this computer needs to learn it's place. Alexa is going in the garbage if they keep up with these intrusions.
