AIRPLANE CRASHES INTO THE WORLD TRADE CENTER!!!!!!

1 plane reportedly was an American Airlines Boeing 767 from Boston.....apparently a probable hijacker. I hope the bastards behind this get what they deserve..

The 2 planes crashed within 18 minutes of each other....God bless the victims and their affected families.

Well, the WTC certainly makes an inviting international target. Need I remind you it was already hit once by international elements.

And I'm not sure about the declaration that they were trying not to kill a lot of people. Certainly it is hard to schedule a hijacked plane precisely, but hitting at 9 am is right when the building is full since its the time most people have to be in to work.

Its a damn shame, and I feel so sorry for those who are close to those in the building.

 

It's the financial district; my guess is there were tons of people near or in that building.

 

My prayers out to the vicims and there families in the planes and in the buildings.

Find who ever did it and strike back with a very heavy fist.

Who has ever heard of 2 planes being hijacked. We definately will be seeing more security. Hopefully Americans will get out of this attitude that we are "safe"

 

From what I have read the planes crashed into the WTC right before and right after 9am. That sounds like the work day had definitely begun unless New Yorkers keep very different hours. They were making a statement, but they were also definitely trying to kill...

 

I disagree. There will always be elements that want to strike at our country, and a nuclear capable Iran or Iraq or a N. Korea with nothing to lose will present more and more of a threat in the next 25 years. Having the technology to prevent that isn't a bad investment. Obviously it wouldn't have had any effect on this situation.

And this doesn't touch on the technological spinoffs of such a program, which will more than likely give you your 'better spying equipment.'

There also was an explosion at the pentegon!!!!

Im also hearing there is a plane circling the white house or pentegon.

Terrible. I hope they find out who did it and I hope that there were not that many people in the building yet. I don't know what to say.
