I'm around 330 and could definitely put on another 100 - 150 if I didn't have a job and was still getting the same amount of cash in. She probably doesn't have any kind of a schedule of daily activities that she actually looks forward to other than television and food; and if she finishes a program or meal early she doesn't take a nap or anything. The lack of mobility is a pretty vicious cycle, too.
Go ahead and assume she has no reason to shower on a daily basis; and probably throws out her back every time she tries to wipe more than once.
Did anyone else notice her fat arms crashing through the side windows at both the opposite ends of her house?

I used to mock fat people, but when I hear someone is a few weeks from eating themselves to death it kills me inside. This person must be really depressed. Hope they can suck out some fat or something to keep her alive.
I did a google search on fasting once and happened across a single, solitary study from the '70s where they got guy to lose 100 or 200 pounds. I'm thinking with water and the right mix of supplements they could make a go of it; although gastric bypass is probably more cost effective per pound lost.
Reminds me of this "chubby women" thread that had us "Best Ass" guys puking on a constant basis. Glad it died.

I think from a physical standpoint people can just keep eating and eating. Our stomachs and enlarge and shrink as necessary. It's really the brain that tells a person when to eat and when to stop. The people who can grow to such ridiculous weight simply lack the signals that tell them to stop eating. If you don't feel nauseated and sick from eating too much, how do you know when you should stop? You can't.
