I'm not overly familiar with any of them. I wish I could be a fly on the wall during Texans draft meetings.

This is probably my best one so far on the ESPN Sim:

    42: Ennis Rakestraw, CB
    59: Kris Jenkins, DT
    86: Connor Beebe, G/C
    123: Austin Booker, OLB
    127: Luke McCafferey
    188: Beau Brade, S
    189: Malik Washington, WR
    238: Frank Gore Jr., RB
    247: Josh Wallace, CB

I honestly wasn’t sure who to take in the 4th so I just went high upside guys on both sides of the ball.

Unless someone falls in our lap, I'm thinking that we won't take a CB, WR, or OL in the first 4 rounds. I'm thinking that the focus will be at safety, DL, and possibly LB if the right one is there. I believe the Texans are banking on Okuda or the other new guy to be solid at the other CB spot. So here's my PFF draft with all parameters moved all the way to the left.

Not who I would have drafted; but I see the logic in the Texans drafting Lassiter, Fisher and Bullock

*Lassiter: I just didn't want Kool Aid. Kool Aid on video was always giving receivers 7 yard
cushions. He would close the gap often; but in the NFL where receivers come back to the ball....
BBQ chicken. He will need to tighten up things at the next level.

    * Fisher : safety net if Tyus Howard and Kenyon Green are hurt again for stretches.
Train up for future starter. Help at Guard if need be. Said to be solid run blocker. Last year
our running backs looked like they were running through a minefield......no unified blocking.
Everything seemed staggered due to injuries.

    * Bullock: ball hawk that doesn't tackle much. Allows Jimmie Ward to move to nickel. Desmond
King to play more Safety. Bullock will play center field in the def backfield while the rest of the team
will be composed of good tacklers defensively. His main job is not letting receivers get past him deep.

    Grade so far: A- / B+

Free Agent Safety Justin Simmons may still be an option after the draft
