Who homered today Alex De Goti (9, 3-run) Josh Rojas, twice (17, solo and 2-run) Austin Dennis (2, 2-run) Victor Mascai (1, 2-run)
Carlos Correa is currently 2-3 with an RBI double and an RBI single. Aledmys Díaz is 0-2 with a run scored.
tellitlikeitis, just have to ask if there’s any particular reason why you leave out earned runs allowed? It was 0 btw, which means two dominant pitching performances by starters at AAA and AA in consecutive days. It was hard enough enjoying one. Hoping this is a new trend. I also didn’t realize he had a 6IP, 0H, 0R, 2BB, 12K two starts ago.
It'd be awesome to see him let it eat out of the pen in August/September. WIlly Collado followed it up with 3 perfect innings and 4Ks.
Jonathan Bermúdez allowed two hits, walked one, and struck out eight over five shutout innings for Quad Cities.
Carlos Correa finished 3-4 for Round Rock; he had an RBI single, an RBI double, and scored a run. Aledmys Díaz went 0-4 with a walk and a run scored.
He’s really surprised me with his power even considering the different ball. He is looking like a potential star. If Houston were rebuilding, Rojas, Alvarez, Tucker, Beer, and Toro would represent a solid potential core and would all probably be in the majors.
Also interesting, in a shut out thrown by two pitchers with really good breaking balls and questionable command, the Hooks entrusted Colton Shaver behind the plate.

Kind of odd they didn't update scouting reports. I was really confused about whether or not this was updated when they said Alvarez should return to AAA.
May be I'm getting more critical or just flat I'm wrong, but hitters in AA and above seem to be getting the shaft on this list. I'd bump up Alvarez, Beer, Toro, Straw, and Rojas. Maybe Tucker.
They must really like Solis to still have him in the top 10. First time I’ve seen Dubin in any list. That’s really low for Lee. Crazy that a team’s first round pick isn’t in the Top 15.
The DSL team shut out the Dodgers 1 by a score of 6-0. Reimy Beltre: 4 IP, H, 3 BB, 7 K Ronny Garcia: 2 IP, 2 H, K Jaime Melendez: 3 IP, 2 H, BB, 8 K Beltre and Melendez have had nice starts to their careers; Garcia's having a decent year but is just a guy, given that it's his third year in the DSL. Jesús Liranzo (4) and Frank Perez (1) homered. Liranzo's power seems to have come early, which seems encouraging. Since it's the DSL, he's gonna be someone to stash way away in the back of my mind.
