Not sure if it's been posted yet, but our lack of wing/forward defenders is seen in PJ Tucker's crazy positive On/Off rating

    Tucker: +20.4
    Harden: +7.1
    Paul: +0.1
    Capela: -4.0
    Ennis : -8.9
    Gordon: +8.2
    Green: -0.1
    Clark: +3.1
    Melo: -14.3

we are 27th in defensive rebound percentage, last season we were 3rd

we are dead last in ppg in the 4th quarter and 28th overall in ppg in the 2nd half

we are 23rd in average 1st half margin at -3.1 after averaging a +6.5 last year which was 1st in the NBA by 2.6 ppg

The defensive rebound percentage drop is just staggering.

I’m on record as wanting that trade. I felt like Morey could have found a player to replace Gordon’s production.

Plus Butler makes a top tier team in today’s NBA.

From Feigen's 3 pointers article from the 11/30 Spurs game.
    https://www.houstonchronicle.com/sp...s-Takeaways-from-the-Rockets-win-13436155.php

In 10 games since the Rockets struggled to 89 points in San Antonio through Friday's rematch, Capela has been sensational. He'll usually be overshadowed by Harden and Paul, and often by the waves of 3s the Rockets launch and expect to hit. But his impact was unmistakable and has been for weeks.

Capela had four blocked shots for the fourth time in six games and the fifth time this season. He has 15 double-doubles in 21 games, scoring in double figures in 20 straight after not having a streak prior to this season of more than 11 games.

Averaging 10.6 points in his career prior to this season and 13.9 last season, he is up to 17.8 points per game on 66-percent shooting, better than when he led the league in shooting percentage last season.

In his past 10 games, Capela has averaged 20.5 points on 71.9 percent shooting along with 12.2 rebounds and 2.7 blocked shots.

Well, the Rockets finally got themselves onto the positive portion of the Efficiency Line. Just need to improve that defense.

Both offence and defence suck. Cp3 offence is not ok. Without ariza, the defence sucks

So....is Harden getting attacked more on isolation??? Could anyone clarify that graph where it talks about Melo and Harden? Is it saying Harden is losing us points because of his defense?

Last year the Rockets were around where the Raptors logo is.
