    EL draws are in:
    Marseille-Salzburg
    Atletico-Arsenal

So we got the real final in the semis already (Atletico-Arsenal) and also Red Bull trying to avenge Red Bull.

My picks: Atletico winning vs Arsenal, Marseille eliminating Salzburg.

Then a Atletico-Marseille final with Atletico winning the title.

Salzburg had Marseille in Group stage, beat them by 1 goal but yup anything can happen.

    Semi-Finals
Bayern (GER) v Real Madrid (ESP)
    Liverpool (ENG) v Roma (ITA)

Still not sure whether it's better to play Real in two matches, but I hope our guys are seriously seeking for revenge after that referee-farce last year. Also, one of the underdogs in Liverpool or Roma will make it to the final.

    CL draws are in:
    Bayern-Real
    Liverpool-Roma

Actually what I wanted, prefer to play Real in two games (ref with less influence).

Bayern also confirmed Kovac as new coach, three year deal.

Man UEFA can't even rig a draw properly. Roma 'accidentally' had tix on sale for the exact same match yesterday on their website. .

Wow, watching the Frankfurt press conference. He had zero contact with Bayern up til YESTERDAY and then got a phone call with a contract offer.

This management is even worse than expected, some outlets saying we tried to sign Klopp til mid-week.

That's weird. There has to be something internally that's chasing these coaches away.

I think Klopp is turning Liverpool back into a consistent power and a buyer. I spoke with a 'pool supporter friend of mine and he's convinced they're going to sell Salah. I think they're going to build around him. At least, I hope so. I realize my United fandom is in jeopardy but I just enjoy watching them play (well, not Tuesday's game because they went Morihno and it wasn't that fun to watch).

Vidal out for the season, would've been important vs Madrid.

Well, at least our central midfield is packed.

He's mainly playing at 6 and 8, so we got Thiago, James, Tolisso, Rudy, Martinez for these positions. More than enough, fortunately, although Vidal was always huge in knockout games.

First tier formation would probably be something like:
    ------------Lewandowski
    Ribery--------James----------Robben
    ------Thiago---Martinez/Tolisso
    Alaba-Hummels-Boateng-Kimmich

Bayern is in the best shape I have seen them this season, but still... way too easy. Leverkusen is 3rd in Bundesliga, that kind of defense is absurd.

    Martinez definitely plays when healthy.
